We're getting married on June 13, 2026 in Chicago with about 250 guests joining us for a weekend of events in the West Loop, including Friday's rehearsal dinner and welcome drinks at Soho House Chicago and Saturday's ceremony and reception at RPM Events on the Chicago Riverwalk, with guests staying at The Hoxton and Nobu Hotel Chicago. We're looking for clean-label food, beverage, and wellness brands to feature in guest gift bags and swag before, during, and after the wedding, plus drinks, food, and snacks to pass out at the welcome drinks and rehearsal dinner.

The bride, Katie Thomas, is a Senior Event Producer at Silhouette Group, a Chicago-based event production company known for high-end brand activations, weddings, and experiential events (silhouettegroup.com, IG: @silhouette_group). Outside of work, she coaches at Solidcore, so wellness and fitness brands are especially close to her world. Katie's own team at Silhouette Group is producing the wedding, which means every detail, from styling to brand partnerships, will be executed at a professional production level.
