I’m Michele and I started my social media page while struggling with a ten year + struggle with anorexia. At around the time that I started it, I was kicked out of outpatient help. Could have died, but said screw it and healed my body entirely using food and fitness. Then used this same philosophy to take a one way flight to CA despite 9+ years of not flying due to flight anxiety, start my podcast, and get the goldendoodle (dog) of my dreams! Essentially, I’m living the life I never thought I could have and aim to help others to achieve theirs.

My content is a mixture of motivation, my story, and health shenanigans! I really want to inspire others to live their best and healthiest lives.
