At R CITY, we bring together the best of our city to build a path for families to walk from cradle to career to the glory of God.

Serving families facing significant public violence, our leaders invest hours, days, and years building trusted relationships to link our youth to a broader network of support. With the help of all, we provide mentoring and apprenticeship programming to bring our youth successfully into their calling.

R CITY Programs build skills and link children to the relationships and resources needed to walk from cradle to career.

All R CITY daily programs are built around the presence of a mentor, a safe adult who walks with our youth along the path to career. Programs are punctuated with visioning field trips and mentor outings to build relationships and expand our students’ world outside their immediate neighborhood. In this way, students are met right where they’re at and moved to envision the next phase of life.
