I am a nurse and also a CRNA student. I was an athlete in college and still really enjoy working out and seeing progress in the gym and my overall health. I post tips and tricks for nurses and for CRNA students. Most of my videos are talking and offering advice. I hope to expand my platform to include more lifestyle and health content as well.
