Autism mom and founder of The Autism Guide and COO of The Shine Project Foundation. After spending 14 years in the IT industry, I transformed my personal journey as a mother of a non-speaking autistic son into a mission to support families navigating autism and disability services. As a Certified Integrative Wellness & Life Coach and parent mentor, I am passionate about empowering caregivers through education, advocacy, wellness initiatives, and community connection. My work focuses on helping families access resources, build resilience through Caring for the Caregiver Wellness Experiences, and thrive while creating more inclusive opportunities for individuals with disabilities.
