Morado on Berry is a new luxury student housing community located just steps from TCU in Fort Worth, opening Fall 2027. We host events and activations specifically for TCU students throughout the year, creating opportunities for students to connect, have fun, and experience the Morado community before they move in.

Our student events include game-day tailgates, watch parties, food and drink drops, giveaways, study breaks, social events, campus activations, and open houses. We also partner with brands and local businesses to bring products, experiences, and giveaways directly to TCU students. Our events typically attract 100–200+ students and are designed to create genuine engagement while giving our partners visibility within the TCU community.
