I’m a 24-year-old Pilates instructor and founder of a growing wellness brand, Move with Morg, centered around movement, connection, and intentional living. With a background in Kinesiology, I host curated Pilates events and teach private sessions, parties, and experiences designed to make movement feel both empowering and enjoyable.
I was raised in a small town where health and wellness weren’t always prioritized, which inspired me to create spaces where people can discover the value of caring for their bodies and truly fall in love with movement. My goal is to continue expanding this vision—traveling, teaching, and bringing elevated wellness experiences to new communities
