The Valkyrie Collective began with a simple realization: the kind of community many women are searching for doesn’t always exist, so sometimes we have to build it ourselves.
For much of my adult life, I struggled with fitness, confidence, self-care, self-image, and the absence of a true sense of community. Living with both PCOS and Endometriosis, I often found myself navigating my health with limited resources, minimal guidance, and very little connection with other women experiencing similar challenges. It could feel isolating at times, and eventually I started to realize that I probably wasn’t the only one feeling that way.
At the same time, I was watching so many incredible women around me doing amazing things; building careers, raising families, pursuing passions, and trying to take care of themselves along the way. Yet so many of us were doing it without the kind of supportive, uplifting community we truly needed. Social gatherings often stayed surface-level, networking events felt transactional, and spaces that truly prioritized women’s wellness, growth, and genuine connection were surprisingly hard to find.
So I decided to create what I couldn’t find.
I envisioned a space where women could grow, strengthen their bodies, improve their health, gain meaningful knowledge, and feel deeply supported, not just occasionally, but consistently. A place where women could show up exactly as they are, where belonging is inherent, and where genuine relationships have the opportunity to grow over time.
Because when women gather with intention, extraordinary things happen. Confidence grows. Ideas are sparked. Support systems become stronger. And lives begin to change in ways that ripple far beyond the room.
Building a community rooted in wellness, connection, and genuine relationships quickly became something I couldn’t walk away from. So instead, I leaned in and began building the vision that had been on my heart:
The Valkyrie Collective.
