Move Your Sōl was created by best friends Nicole and Kristal
with a shared vision: to bring people together through movement,
connection, and intention.
Rooted in the belief that true wellness goes beyond just a workout,
each of our events are thoughtfully curated to create
an experience that feels purposeful; both for the individual
and the community as a whole.
We’ve felt firsthand how powerful it is to move,
connect, and grow in the right environment,
and we’re passionate about creating that space for others.
Our events are designed with intention, but always delivered with a
light, fun, and motivating energy that makes you feel good from the
inside out.
To move your Sōl means to shift something deeper than the body.
To realign with yourself, to open to connection, and to step into a
version of you that feels more present, more grounded,
and more alive.

the energy you choose to move through it with.
