Hi, I’m Mulan—a cardiac nurse, beauty entrepreneur, and wellness advocate based in New York City. My mission is to empower women to prioritize their physical, emotional, and mental health through approachable, science-backed solutions that inspire confidence and self-care. As the founder of The Glow Lab, I bridge health, beauty, and wellness by offering services like makeup artistry, brow sculpting, and wellness education. With my healthcare expertise in women’s heart health and a passion for creating impactful experiences, I host initiatives like “The Lady in Red” Women’s Wellness Event to educate and inspire my community.
