My name is Natalie, and I have a small bakery business called Bobby natalia Bakery. All my bakery is made with organic, real, whole food ingredients and no seed oils, no added refined sugar, but sweetened with maple syrup, maple sugar, and honey. Also, some ingredients are sourced locally from right here in Wisconsin. This all began with my Deep Dark Chocolate Cake, the one my family couldn’t stop raving about, insisting I start selling because it “tastes too good to be healthy.” I’ve been on a holistic health journey for the past two years, which is what started all of this. At Bobby natalia Bakery, I believe that food should bring life, not harm, and that every bite can be both wholesome and heavenly.
