I'm Nazzy, founder of Grace by Nazzy and creator of The Pocket Pause™ , a faith-based wellness brand centered around helping women create moments of peace in the middle of busy, uncertain, and waiting seasons.
Through guided pauses, mindful breathing, scripture, prayer, intentional self-care and community experiences, I create approachable wellness experiences that help women slow down and reconnect with themselves and their faith.
My experiences can be brought to wellness events, women's gatherings, retreats, Pilates/fitness studios, community events and corporate wellness settings.
