Nerdy Girl Success® is a nonprofit dedicated to preparing high school young women for success in college, careers, and leadership roles, especially in underrepresented fields like STEM, business, the trades and more. We offer free leadership summits, career clubs, mentorship, and job shadowing, serving 2,000+ young women nationwide. Our brand partners gain meaningful exposure to students, parents, and educators while driving social impact, advancing diversity and inclusion, and empowering the next generation of women leaders.
