Hi, I’m Nicole! I'm a certified Pilates instructor and creative passionate about movement and community. Pilates transformed how I feel in my body, inspiring me to help others build strength, confidence, and balance through intentional movement.

Beyond teaching, I host curated Pilates and wellness events designed to bring women together and create meaningful, community-driven experiences. With a background in communications and digital marketing, I create authentic content and collaborations that feel organic, elevated, and aligned with brand values.
