Nothing in the Pantry (NITP) Society is a dynamic and passionate collective of women united by a shared love for snow sports, committed to creating a welcoming and empowering environment for female-identifying and non-binary individuals in the snow community. Born in 2017 with a mission to create the spaces and support we needed when entering the snow sports world, our events quickly grew to 70+ female and non-binary attendees an event, leading us to become a BC Incorporated Society in 2024. Our mission is to provide a platform where women and alike of all levels – whether they’re beginners, enthusiasts, or seasoned professionals – can come together, grow their skills, build confidence, and celebrate the unique and transformative experiences that snow sports offer.

At NITP, we believe that the snow sports industry should reflect the diversity of talent and perspectives that exist within our community. We aim to elevate and amplify the voices and achievements of women and alike in the mountains by offering a variety of opportunities to showcase their skills, inspire others, and forge meaningful connections. Whether through events, content creation, or networking, we work to foster an inclusive, supportive space that encourages growth, empowerment, and recognition.

With 8 years of events, workshops, and community-driven initiatives under our belt, we prioritize creating an environment where women can connect, learn from one another, and feel supported as they push the boundaries of what they can achieve. Together, we are building a stronger, more inclusive snow sports culture that reflects the incredible talent and potential of female and non-conforming athletes and creators around the world. NITP is more than just a community; it’s a movement that thrives on camaraderie, collaboration, and the shared passion for the mountains that unites us all.

At the end of the day; we are a group of women who truly care about the snow sports culture and community wanting to create the spaces and community we needed when entering the life changing world of snow sports.
