Not Staying In is a women led social club redefining nightlife and social connection in Los Angeles. Created to build the kind of spaces many women wish existed, we design high energy, culturally driven experiences where women feel centered, seen, and safe to fully show up. What began as a viral TikTok has grown into a fast scaling community of women ages 21 to 39 from across Los Angeles who consistently show up early, stay late, and amplify every event online. Through intentional brand partnerships and immersive activations, Not Staying In turns shared moments into lasting community and measurable cultural impact.
