Off the Menu is a nonprofit organization dedicated to uplifting emerging culinary talent through mentorship, funding, and community. Each year, chefs and food entrepreneurs are invited to submit their concepts for the chance to receive a $5,000 cash award and personalized, one-on-one mentorship from our esteemed board of industry leaders. The program is free to apply and rooted in equity, access, and opportunity.
