Hi! I'm Dominica and I am the founder of Off the Clock Collective, a community dedicated to creating curated experiences where women of all shades, shapes, sizes, and backgrounds can come together to create content, build confidence, and form genuine friendships.

I started Off the Clock because I wanted to create the kind of space I wish existed—a place where women could show up exactly as they are, feel supported, and never have to wonder who will take their photo or cheer them on. Every event is intentionally designed to encourage women to step outside of their comfort zone, bring their creative ideas to life, and celebrate one another.

From shopping socials with local businesses and luxury picnics to dance classes, Pilates, barre, pottery workshops, thrift pop-ups, and community walks, every Off the Clock event blends creativity, community, and content creation in a way that feels welcoming and authentic.

I love partnering with brands that align with our mission because their products become part of these real-life moments. Rather than traditional advertising, our partnerships are woven into the experience, allowing attendees to discover products naturally while creating authentic lifestyle content they'll genuinely want to share.

My mission is simple: to create spaces where women feel seen, supported, and inspired to create—not alone, but together.
