Oldowan Co. is a Toronto-based creative and community platform dedicated to elevating leadership, culture, and collective impact. Founded by Carol Douse, Oldowan Co. creates spaces, experiences, and tools that invest in people who strengthen our communities through creativity, advocacy, and care.

Through our flagship initiative, Legacy Builders, we celebrate and support queer, BIPOC, women, and gender-diverse leaders shaping cultural and social change. Our work spans live events, community awards, storytelling, mentorship, and partnerships — all rooted in the belief that legacy is not about titles, but about the people who rise because we chose to build with intention.
