Since 2014, Packing For Our Troops has brought together volunteers and local businesses to assemble and ship care packages to troops serving overseas. Our next event will be held on April 23, 2026, and we are currently seeking community partners to support this meaningful mission through item donations, monetary contributions, and sponsorships.

We would be honored to partner with your company in any of the following ways:

* Item Donations to include in care packages (snacks, hygiene items, comfort items, etc.)
* Monetary Donations to help purchase supplies
* Sponsor a Box to directly fund the contents of a care package
* Sponsor Shipping to help cover postage costs for sending packages overseas

Sponsorship opportunities and monetary donations are available at all levels, with contributions starting as low as $15, and all support directly benefits our deployed service members.

Packing For Our Troops is a charitable community event coordinated in partnership with The Desert Angel, a 501(c)(4) organization (EIN: 20-8156884).
