I create a wide variety of content ranging from having a healthy/happy lifestyle, making memories and forming relationships all over the world, indulging in great food and experiencing new recipes, and being a former D1 athlete continuing to stay active and listen to my body! My following is a wide range network spreading all across the country (born/raised on the east coast and went to school in the Midwest and now California)! I would consider all of my content to be inspirational in some way/shape/form. Whether that be mentoring young athletes and helping them pursue their own careers, talking to my peers about my past work experience and upcoming career, sharing how I take care of my body through the proper diet/exercise that works for me, etc. I love sharing who I am and how I live my life to aspire and motivate those around me!
