Hello! My name is Josie Shallbetter, and I am the Director of Panhellenic Representatives for the University of South Alabama Panhellenic Association. I am reaching out on behalf of our 2026 Pi Chi team. Pi Chis are sorority women selected to serve as recruitment counselors during the upcoming fall recruitment. They spend the summer and recruitment week mentoring and guiding potential new members through the process while creating a welcoming and supportive environment for everyone involved.

We have around 50 Pi Chis this year, and I'm trying to put together appreciation gifts as a thank-you for all of their hard work. I am hoping to gift them these during our work week at the beginning of August. I wanted to reach out to your brand to inquire if there are any promotional products/samples your brand would be willing to send us to help keep morale high during long recruitment days.
