I’m Parker Curran — a health & wellness professional with 12+ years in the fitness industry, originally from Virginia Beach and now based in Southern California. While training clients and athletes has been my calling, I also love creating content for brands that embody active, positive, and healthy lifestyles.
Most of the brands I’ve partnered with focus on fitness, mental health, or lifestyle apparel that encourages movement and confidence — all values I live by daily. From competing in Men’s Physique to completing a half marathon and now training for a HYROX Race, I bring authenticity and experience into every collaboration.
At my core, I believe in helping people improve their lives through health, movement, and mindset — and I aim to align with brands who share that mission.
