Creating equitable access to the nature and getting folks outside is what Adriana is truly passionate about. Adriana Garcia is an Atlanta, GA based storyteller, photographer, outdoor leader, DEI advocate and forever adventurere. She is the co-founder of Latinxhikers, a grassroots organization that was started in August 2017 to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the outdoors through community outreach and digital storytelling. She’s also spent time as a Nature Accessibility Advocate for a community nonprofit creating and championed an initiative called Nature for All - Atlanta which involves building support, awareness, and appetite for equitable access to nature through community engagement, advocacy, education, and empowerment. She is currently working as the Marketing Lead for Patagonia BeltLine where she works along side nonprofits and grassroots to showcase and highlight their work through events and experiences.
