Hey, I’m Paulina!

I’m the co-founder of Girlfriends Club with my sister Sofia, and I’m deeply passionate about creating safe, welcoming spaces where women can come together, feel supported, and build real friendships. Everything I do, from community events to retreats and fitness, is rooted in the belief that women thrive when they have spaces where they feel seen, encouraged, and connected.

Alongside Girlfriends Club, I also work in fitness and community building through Power Pack Fitness in Sacramento, where I get to help create environments that bring people together through movement, growth, and shared experiences. My focus is always on fostering community, supporting women in showing up as themselves, and creating spaces where they can connect with each other in meaningful ways.
