The PCCF Throwdown is a one-day fitness competition bringing together nearly 300 athletes and more than 1,000 spectators, families, coaches, and supporters from across Florida for a day of competition, community, and giving back.

Now in its 5th year, the Throwdown has sold out the past two years and continues to grow as a premier fitness event on the Treasure Coast. While athletes come to test their strength, endurance, and teamwork, the heart of the event is giving back to our community.

100% of the net proceeds from the PCCF Throwdown are donated directly to Martin County PAL, supporting local youth through athletics, mentorship, leadership opportunities, and programs that build positive relationships within our community.
