I love creating workout videos and also recommending great and healthy products for my followers, friends and family. I’m a full time hairstylist that’s loves working out. I have many clients and friends that I help train that always appreciate it when I share all of my knowledge in and out of the gym, from works outs to supplements and my in take of products for their gym journey.
