Perle, founder of Exhale 108, is a London-based yoga teacher. Her teaching is rooted in empathy and inclusivity as she believes that yoga is for everyone. Perle is dedicated to creating a welcoming space where people feel supported and empowered. She invites students to have fun with their practice and enjoy the process. Perle guides each class with intention, and encourages self-compassion and kindness to find balance both on and off the mat.
