I’m Marisa Winslow, founder of M’Bodied Mvmt. I create music-driven movement experiences where fitness, culture, and community collide. My events are designed to feel less like traditional workouts and more like high-energy, curated day party experiences powered by sound, movement, and connection.

Through M’Bodied Mvmt, I produce pop-ups, studio experiences, and large-scale events like DAY//SHIFT, a fitness and lifestyle festival that blends live DJs, instructor-led activations, interactive brand stations, and a curated vendor marketplace. Every experience is intentionally built to be immersive, social, and highly shareable, creating space for people to move, connect, and tap into their confidence. My signature formats like M’Bodied Sculpt, Peach, Please!🍑, and Bad & Boujee are rooted in strength, expression, and energy, all driven by music and designed to help women step into their power, while still creating an environment that is welcoming, inclusive, and high-energy for everyone in the room.

My audience is primarily women ages 18–45, while my larger-scale events are designed to bring together both women and men who are connected to wellness, music, and elevated social experiences. I partner best with brands that value confidence, culture, and community and want to show up in ways that feel organic, experiential, and impactful. From main stage sponsorships to interactive activations, I create opportunities for brands to be seen, experienced, and remembered.
