Hi! I’m Jamie — a Miami Pilates Instructor/Educator creating movement experiences that feel as fun and lively as the city. I host monthly community Pilates events at the legendary Ball & Chain salsa club, plus other pop-ups around Miami. My mission is to bring people together through wellness, connection, and good energy. I want Miami to experience Pilates beyond the party scene — something joyful, accessible, and worth celebrating.
