My name is Kiah Ruffin and I am from Wake Forest, North Carolina. I graduated with my Bachelor of Science Degree in Sport Management from Winston-Salem State University in Winston-Salem, NC.

During my tenure I was a Tri-Athlete in Softball, Cheered, Track & Field throwing Javelin as well as a member of Dance the Troupe T.I.M (Talented in Motion). Fitness and health have always been integral aspects of my adolescent life and I have molded the habits I molded into my adult routine. Since then, Pilates has kept my workouts both challenging and consistent enough to where I look forward to my next class.

After having a life changing Achilles rupture in 2024. I have improved my flexibility and mobility over the years and feel a difference in my posture and balance. I am a Leader on Sainted Trap Choir, Train and Lead the Warm-Up with MadMiles Run Club, the leading collaborator with Fabletics Retail Store in South Park Mall, and try to find all of the hidden treasures and restaurants Charlotte has to offer!
