Hi I'm Brooke! I'm a 500 hr certified Pilates instructor, and I teach both hot pilates & hot sculpt. I also host community Pilates & Wellness events and pop-ups through my brand Pilatesbody in the Philly, Bucks County PA and NJ area! I host around 3-4 a month on average, with guest count ranging from 50-100 people. One of my favorite things to give to guests is a goodie bag full of my favorite products, snacks, drinks, etc.!
