Pneuma brings together intimate groups of wellness-enthusiasts through 1-day and 3-day experiences. I created pneuma from a deep desire to bring people together around a shared intention to practice wellness together. The collective was created at the intersection of my passion for wellbeing, career in building community, and purpose to guide others.

Pneuma takes its name from the ancient Greek word for breath, spirit, life force — a place where people come alive, gather with intention, and grow as one. This is just the beginning, and I'm building all of it with you.
