Portia Richardson is the Founder and Executive Director of Tumaini DC, Inc., a global education and social impact organization dedicated to empowering youth and families through healing-centered social-emotional learning, leadership development, and cultural exchange. A former educator turned impact strategist, Portia has led programs that have transformed the lives of over 30,000 youth across the U.S. and Ghana. Passionate about purpose, equity, and global connection, she is committed to helping others lead with authenticity, compassion, and courage — building bridges that heal, empower, and inspire change.
