Hi! I’m Liz Nguyen — founder of PraiseForm Pilates, a faith-based Pilates and wellness community passionate about movement, intentional living, and meaningful connection. Through beach Pilates events, Bible study gatherings, private wellness experiences, and uplifting lifestyle content, I create spaces that inspire people (mostly women) to strengthen both body and spirit while building authentic community through faith, wellness, and connection.
