PULSEHAUS is a boutique reformer Pilates and infrared sauna studio opening in Sarasota, FL — built for women who move with intention and take their wellness seriously without taking themselves too seriously.
Our space features 10 reformers, an infrared sauna, and a design aesthetic best described as light, airy, luxe coastal — think warm ivory tones, aged bronze details, and natural texture throughout. We built PULSEHAUS around community first: our members are called "Hausmates," and our classes (First Pulse, Haus Sculpt, Haus Burn, Haus Flow, Surge) are designed to meet women wherever they are, from beginners to seasoned movers.
Ahead of our studio opening, we're running a summer pop-up series across Sarasota — outdoor Pilates events on the beach, in local parks, and at community spaces — building a highly engaged following of active, style-conscious women ages 20–50 in the Sarasota/Bradenton market. Our content and events consistently convert into strong local turnout, and we partner with brands that align with movement, self-care, and clean living.
We love collaborating with brands that want authentic visibility in front of a community that's actively building healthy habits — not just showing up for a single event, but sticking around for the long haul.
