Hey, I’m Quentin, founder of Rollin Bagels. But before that, I was just a guy who fell in love with bagels. I started working at a bagel shop when I was 15, and something about it clicked. The early mornings, the smell of fresh dough, the rush of a busy breakfast crowd—it felt right. I learned everything I could until one day, I thought: I could do this myself.

So, in 2023, I took a leap and opened a little bagel cart in Long Island City. No big investors, no fancy setup—just fresh bagels, good coffee and big dreams.
