Pathwell Support Solutions is a peer support organization who help individuals navigate life's challenges through connection, encouragement, resources, workshops, events, and most importantly support through community. Founded by a Registered nurse who wanted to do more beyond the bedside, Pathwell focuses on supporting the whole person and creating spaces where people can heal, grow, and thrive.
