Hi, I’m Jessica Courtney — a personal trainer, NPC bikini competitor, podcast manager, and founder of Radiance Lifestyle & Beauty. As a passionate advocate for wellness, I’ve built my career and community around helping women feel empowered, confident, and aligned in both body and mind.

Through my own journey — navigating motherhood, entrepreneurship, and competitive bodybuilding — I’ve learned the importance of creating space where women can be supported, celebrated, and reminded of their worth outside of titles, stress, or expectations.

Vibe and Thrive was born from the belief that women deserve more than just surface-level wellness — we deserve connection, community, and experiences that recharge and inspire us.

I created this event to bring together women from all walks of life — wellness professionals, creatives, fitness lovers, entrepreneurs — in one space where we can move, heal, learn, and thrive together. It’s not just a pop-up — it’s a powerful reminder that wellness looks different for every woman, and that you don’t have to do it all alone.
