Hey hey!! I’m a 20-year-old college girl who’s obsessed with all things fitness, wellness, and becoming that best version of myself—inside and out 💪🏼🧘🏻‍♀️🌿
I’m a proud first-gen Asian American and a totally self-taught content creator (yep, I taught myself everything from editing to filming to creating ✨aesthetic✨ vibes). What started as a personal journey turned into a passion for inspiring other girls to take care of themselves, glow up from the inside, and live life with confidence and purpose.
My content is all about that real, relatable college girl energy—think: gym motivation, healthy habits, self-care routines, mindset talks, and the occasional “let’s be delulu but also productive” moment 💅🏼📚🎧
We’re on this journey together, and I’m here to remind you: taking care of yourself is the ultimate glow-up. Let’s thrive, not just survive 💖
