Health & Wellness Advocate, Collaborator, Connector, Strategist & Executive Director. Currently the executive director of Women in Neuroscience, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that inspires young people, especially from underrepresented communities to explore careers in STEM (specifically neuroscience) through one day workshops for middle and high school students, and paid internships to undergraduate students in neuroscience labs. We empower and encourage them to become the next generation of neuroscientists who will advance the treatment paradigms for brain health. Additionally, WiN provides educational initiatives to our community to increase knowledge and understanding of neurological, neurodegenerative, and psychiatric conditions, free of charge for participants.
