Remington Lee is the founder of the Portland Secret Dining Society (PSDS), a community-driven nonprofit built on the belief that food has the power to connect people, break down barriers, and create lasting impact.

What began as an intimate underground dining experience—connecting local chefs, farmers, and neighbors around a shared table—has grown into a larger mission: to use the magic of food and hospitality to strengthen communities. Over the years, PSDS has hosted memorable farm-to-table gatherings and unique pop-up dinners that not only highlight the artistry of local food producers, but also raise awareness of the power of shared meals to foster belonging.

Remington’s 15+ years of nonprofit leadership and event planning experience shaped the natural evolution of PSDS into a nonprofit organization. Today, PSDS is more than a dining society—it’s a platform for youth empowerment and education. Through hands-on culinary programs, students learn to cook, serve, and execute dining events, gaining confidence, leadership skills, and a sense of pride in contributing to their community.
