Hi! I'm Carlin, co-founder of Rhythm + Flow, a wellness company creating elevated experiences centered around movement, music, and community. We partner with hotels, wellness spaces, and lifestyle brands to host thoughtfully curated events featuring Mat Pilates, sound healing, recovery experiences, coffee and matcha bars, and local wellness vendors.
