Hi! My name is Riya Patel and I am currently serving as the Vice President of Recruitment Personnel on the Panhellenic Council at the University of Iowa. As the VP, I work with our recruitment counselors (rho gammas) to help them lead over 1,000 girls in the primary recruitment process in the fall. I take charge of work week, recruitment counselor merch, recruitment external logistics, and most importantly the training of our recruitment counselors!
