Typical valued routines & life modifications by a 26 year old couple with one golden retriever baby. I’m also a runner, training for a marathon, we get married in May so we share a lot of content about that process, places i travel, etc. lastly I am an occupational therapist and always looking to modify the barriers to my patient’s life jot. My partner and I gather a lot around drinks and I am sober curious after my dad entered sobriety in late summer of 2023.
