Hi! My name is Kate, and I am the owner of 2 successful hot yoga/pilates studios in the Hudson Valley NY. We continue to bring in men & women of all ages to find movement for the first time, or to continue their wellness journey. It has been amazing to watch these two studios grow! Looking forward to making the community grow even more with the help of partnerships!
Our Poughkeepsie studio is located in the heart of the Vassar College village. We have a large reach to not only Vassar College, but also Marist College as well (which is more sports oriented of a college).
We offer a handful of different classes, not only just Yoga. Sculpt, Pilates... and both heated and non heated classes and LOADS of events.
We PREACH for body positivity and longevity and are always supporting local and global businesses that align with that vibe too.
