Roy Austin
Roy Austin is an executive producer, event strategist, and founder of Dispatch Tree Marketing, specializing in live events, brand activations, broadcast production, and event technology. As Executive Producer of Fútbol Live, Roy leads the development of a two-day soccer, culture, and community experience designed to bring fans, families, sponsors, and community partners together during soccer finals weekend with the goal of sending over 1,000 kids to YMCA summer camps.
With more than 20 years of experience producing events across consumer brands, entertainment, sports, technology, and civic spaces, Roy brings a hands-on approach to creating experiences that are operationally strong, visually engaging, and built for community impact. His work includes large-scale activations, live production, outdoor event infrastructure, interactive experiences, and high touch fan engagement.
At Fútbol Live, Roy is focused on building an accessible, family-friendly soccer festival that combines live match viewing, interactive gameplay, leaderboards, food, music, VIP experiences, and fundraising opportunities benefiting the YMCA of Greater Houston.
