Hi, I’m Roya, the founder of RF Studios Miami and the creator of Rebound Babes. I created Rebound Babes to bring people together through movement, music, and shared experiences. My goal is to build a welcoming community where everyone can show up as themselves, make new friends, and create lasting memories—regardless of gender, fitness level, or experience.

As a fitness instructor and studio owner, one of my favorite things is watching strangers become friends through a class. Through energizing trampoline workouts, local collaborations, and community events, Rebound Babes creates opportunities to laugh together, encourage each other, and build meaningful connections that continue beyond the studio. Whether you come with your crew or arrive on your own, I want you to feel included from your very first bounce and leave with new friendships, shared memories, and a community you’re excited to come back to.
