Hi, I’m Ryan Hancock, and I serve as the Director for the Austin Performance Scholarship Foundation. In this role, I help lead fundraising efforts that directly support young athletes by providing financial assistance, scholarships, and opportunities that make volleyball accessible to more families in our community.

My responsibilities include organizing and promoting fundraising events, building relationships with local businesses and sponsors, and coordinating with our foundation leadership to ensure our mission is clearly communicated. A major part of my role is helping donors understand exactly where their contributions go and how their generosity makes a real, measurable impact on the athletes we serve.

The Austin Performance Scholarship Foundation exists to empower young girls through volleyball—not only by developing their skills on the court, but also by building confidence, leadership, and character that will carry into every part of their lives. I’m proud to be part of a foundation that believes every athlete deserves the chance to compete, grow, and succeed, regardless of financial circumstances.
