We’re Sam and Kendall — best friends in an accelerated 5-year PA program, documenting our journey through PA school and clinical rotations on TikTok. We share the real, everyday experience of becoming future PAs: study tips that actually help, rotation insights, the highs, the challenges, and everything in between.
Our content is all about positivity and authenticity. We love showing that PA school can be balanced and enjoyable, even in the busiest seasons. Along the way, we highlight the essentials that keep us powered through long study days and clinical shifts — from our favorite snacks and tools to the small comforts that make a big difference.
Our goal is to create a space where PA students and healthcare learners feel supported, encouraged, and a little less alone. We’re growing through this journey together, and we’re grateful to share it with a community we genuinely care about.
